Gear wheels grinding is made by a rolling  method on Reishauer and TOS machines.

Precise gear wheels and gear wheels with profile modification ca, cb and other special shapes are made by the technology of profile grinding on CNC machines delivered by NILES firm. If needed we are able to grind non evolvent profiles according to the scan provided  but they have to be symetric.

CNC profile grinder allows grinding of internal toothing with corundum webs, for smaller diameters with internal toothing CBN method is used.

We are also able to grind equilateral and evolvent slotting.

This NILES grinder is also used for grinding of worms of ZN, ZK, ZA types.
