Front gear wheels with external toothing are produced by hobbing on domestic machines TOS, as for  smaller modules we use Pfauter and Lambert machines.

Altogether we have 10 machines at our disposal.

Using these machines we also manufacture screw  and chain wheels depending on the tools available.

For manufacturing gear wheels we mostly use cementing and carbon steels and also various kinds of stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, duralumin, brass, bronze, homogeneous and composite plastics.
